This review is not about the quality of the clothes, but about the overall buying and delivery experience—which has been extremely disappointing.
I placed my order nearly 45 days before my son’s birthday. Despite multiple follow-ups and emails, the delivery was delayed so much that the occasion passed and he couldn’t wear the outfit. The same happened with my niece—her event was missed as well.
While I understand that your brand typically takes around 30 days for delivery, I certainly did not expect it to take close to two months. There are many platforms offering faster delivery, but I chose to order from you because I truly wanted to experience your work.
Unfortunately, this delay caused us to miss important moments, and we had to rush to arrange alternatives at the last minute. Overall, it has been very disappointing, and I would be hesitant to order again.
